Review of The Curse of the Werewolf (1961) by Tristan P — 24 Jul 2008
An incredible film in which lycanthropy is equated with original sin. The werewolf make-up is superb and Oliver Reed's performance is as well. Terence Fisher's direction is - as usual - flawless.
I have heard some people complain that this movie is slow paced, and I suppose it is. But it's still arguably the greatest werewolf film ever made.
