Review of The Curse of the Jade Scorpion (2001) by Eamon M — 23 Jan 2010

Woody Allen's period comedy about hypnosis and Jewel theft is by no means one of his greatest films, however it is filled with wit and charm and of course the wonderful feeling of nostalgia that fans have come to appreciate.

The film will keep a smile on your face and is certainly entertaining. The comedy does fall flat in some places but considering today's most popular comedies are filled with gross out jokes about bodily fluids and sex organs one has to appreciate a film that can both keep it clean and entertain.
