Review of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008) by Alex T — 12 Dec 2012
I knew I would like it (Brad Pitt being my favorite actor and David Fincher being one of my all-time favorite directors) but I had no idea how much I would be blown away by it. Whether it be the stunning visuals, powerful acting, and the well-crafted screenplay, this film captures an elegant yet equally tragic love story that unlike Australia, makes the viewer care for the characters intensely and follow their entire lives over the well-paced runtime.
The aged look of the film is fantastic, and its emotions are such that it just became my favorite Fincher piece.
