Review of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008) by Rodney E — 07 Jan 2013

Aside from some good technical razzle dazzle, this is a limp and ironically lifeless movie. Cate Blanchett is hit or miss to me and was off on here. There were too many things that were boring such as Pitt on the boat or the whole dancer subplot.

A step down from Fincher's Zodiac, which I didn't think was that great, Button doesn't really go anywhere aside from having Brad Pitt make this somewhat watchable and that isn't enough to sustain interest or recommend.
