Review of The Cure (1995) by Melissa K — 26 Sep 2007
When I was in middle school I used to rent this movie all the time (we're talking every weekend). It is about a boy with AIDS who becomes friends with "the tough kid," and they runaway on a rafting trip to get the cure for AIDS.
It's a downer, but it is also a little hopeful, too.
