Review of The Crying Game (1992) by Brian B — 03 Jun 2017
A very well acted film with a slightly interesting story and well-developed charactors. I found it slightly unrealistic for reasons I won't go into in this review. The pacing was allright, and the direction was a little soft.
I definately don't think it deserved the seven Oscar nominations it recieved. It's not a bad movie by any stretch of the imagination, but it's certainly not great. Overall 2.5/4 Stars Grade = B-.
