4 out of 5 stars. The Crying Game is a drama with a major surprise twist. The film begins with a soldier named Jody, who is kidnapped. Jody, and the main person to guard him, Fergus, develops a bond with each other, while waiting to see if Jody will need to be killed or not.
Jody talks about some of his life interests, including his girlfriend named Dil. Later in the movie, Fergus meets Dil, and from this point on, things become more and more complicated. Even for those people who might not like the movie as a whole, The Crying Game is worth watching, even if just for the secret twist.
