Review of The Crucible (1996) by Sapphire G — 10 Feb 2010
I haven't read the play and I want to. If it's so frustrating as this story then God help me. Was I the only one who felt an irrepressible urge to strangle Winona Ryder's character? Good for her though, I like it when an actor affects me like that.
Good performance from Day-Lewis also, as always.
