Set design is pretty good, and there are a few good moments wherein the Crow is kind of cool, but otherwise this movie is nigh unsalvagable. The villains are more annoying than sinister, the plot is thrown together, the vengeance is unsatisfying, and the entire thing reeks of the wannabe macabre.
See the original instead. When you finish, don't watch the sequel, just watch the original again.
