Not nearly of the same caliber of the first one, mainly due to the screenplay and some questionable cinematography and use of the plot. Still, the soundtrack was really great and some of the action shots were inspiring, although the Crow's accent was a little distracting for me all in all I've seen worse movies (see The Crow: Wicked Prayer.
..). And while it didn't necessarily do credit to the first movie, it had its moments and didn't fail to deliver the quintessential bang for you buck of the Crow series.
