Review of The Crow (1994) by Justin L — 06 Apr 2012
One of the best comic book films. It deviates a lot from the graphic novel (T Bird and Top Dollars roles are switched, Grange and Myca weren't in the book, Tom Tom is absent, replaced with Skank) but it makes the world its own.
Lee is amazing, and I always think, if he were alive today, he'd be like Johnny Depp. Wincott is chilling as the main villian. The murderers make you hope they die painful deaths after what they did.
The soundtrack is very good too, containing The Cure, Nine Inch Nails, Henry Rollins Band.
