Review of The Crow (1994) by Brandon C — 24 Mar 2013
Goddamn this was so awesome. I was dumb enough not to connect Brandon Lee to Bruce Lee's son till I looked it up while watching and remembered his fate. Having that in my mind just made the film that much more sad to me.
Even though the plot initially sounds rather corny, it's executed very well and you really understand the despair Lee's character goes through during his whole vengeful mission. Really sad to see this was his last film, he definitely would've seemed like someone who would have an excellent career.
RIP Brandon, an iconic performance to remember you by.
