Review of The Crow (1994) by Danny C — 09 Jul 2011
Filled with genre bending greatness the crow is a pretty nice blend of pulp fiction and film noir. A classic cult film revenge story that I feel is up there in direct competition with Tarintino's cult grand slam's.
And of course the late Brandon Lee brings pizzaz to the role that coulden't be brought by anyone else. Hes definitely the Heath Ledger of his age. Finally, anyone deeply infatuated with the 90's should have fun with this film as half the movie plays on the grundge scene.
its a revenge story classic. that should be seen at least once...now is it re-watchable over and over again? that remains to be seen.
