Review of The Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course (2002) by Joanna D — 27 Sep 2006
Ive been a fan of Steve for years right since his programme hit the tv and ive followed his carrer ever since even got a signed photo of him and terry on my wall.
This Movie was Special I went to see it on its opening day and I was like a little kid again it just felt so magical I sat there thru the whole film with a huge grin on my face seeing one of my hero's on screen doing what he loves and doing it so well.
The film it self didnt have a great story nor a great cast and script etc but none of that was important what was important was STEVE thats who we watched it for and thats what we got the guy totally loved life!
After its dvd release I watched it every now and then but it didnt do the same for me and I just stuck it back on the shelf.
Well a few weeks back after his death I watched it in his honour and I must say I did get pretty emotional over it not in a sad upset emotion but in an excitable magical way it felt like I was right back in that cinema again.
This was a 4star movie for me but ive given it the extra star in Honour of a great man one of lifes true legends he will be missed!
