Review of The Crimson Rivers (2000) by Kody Z — 28 Aug 2007
Could the camerawork and scenery be any better in this film? I really enjoyed the detective aspects of the flick, along with Reno and Cassel's characters, but here's where it perplexed me: there's a massive plot hole with the killer.
There's a martial arts sequence that comes out of nowhere and felt wholly out of place. But that said, I really had a good time with it. Especially the make-up effects. Wow.
