Review of The Crimson Rivers (2000) by Deva G — 21 Aug 2010
This forgein crime thriller is alright, but is nothing special. I guess when I watch forgein films I almost need them to be better then your average american films and in all honestly that's all this film was, just average.
The plot is pretty good and keeps you intrigued, but there are some bad scenes, including most of the fight scenes. The cast is good and I like both Jean Reno and Vincent Cassel. The locations and cinematography were excellent as the film looked great.
Overall a decent forgien film, but nothing better then your typical crime thriller.
