Review of The Crimson Rivers (2000) by Paul P — 02 Jun 2012
A pretty standard flick that benefits hugely from Jean Reno and Vincent Cassell....
The story itself up to a point is pretty interesting but becomes more pedestrian as the film progresses and come the end when it all comes together it becomes typical fare that offers nothing particularly new or interesting. Thankfully, Reno and Cassell are present to help lighten the load and make this feel better than it actually is.
Merely ok, nothing more.....
