Review of The Crimson Pirate (1952) by Andrew W — 27 Apr 2010
Fun and games on the high seas. A cross between the three stooges and a Hollywood adventure movie (which ultimately I suppose it is). Engaging performance from Burt Lancaster as the Pirate Captain won over by the love of a good woman.
Early appearance for Christopher Lee as one of the Kings Officers. Entertaining enough.
