Review of The Creeping Flesh (1973) by D T — 06 Apr 2017
How this wasn't made by Hammer or Amicus, I'll never know. It's a tip notch horror flick. You get Cushing, Lee, Freddie Francis directing, a mad scientist plot and a Victorian era setting. The only flaw is the actual reveal of the monster, which looks underwhelming and cheap.
Even by early 1970s standards.
