Review of The Country Bears (2002) by Jamie B — 20 Mar 2007
Would be best described as "The Blues Brothers" with far less profanity, and bears instead of Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi. As much as I tried to hate this flick, I can't help but be amused by it.
It was nowhere near the debacle that it was painted to be and while yes, the bear effects were kind of cheesy, the movie certainly has its heart in the right place. Chrstopher Walken plays the stereotypical villain in this flick and is clearly having a blast doing so.
The first of the movies based on a Disney park attraction.
