An interesting take in the Countess Bathory legend...Julie Delpy's transformation into the Vampiric killer of virgins is no stretch by any means...the acting is so-so & the bloodletting is equally mediocre.
..but the story is still interesting and this film should be treated more as a biographical film with the facts being real as is the madness of Bathory...still worth a look.
