+ story is told as a flashback, and is very effective this way.
+ cinematography was excellent--all the shades of grey really worked to set the tone and mood for the film.
+ very powerful plot, intriguing, logically-organized, and well-developed.
+ pace was appropriate--not a single scene dragged on too long, nor did any get cut short to leave loose ends untied.
+ strong acting, very realistic and believable.
