Review of The Counselor (2013) by Gabriel A — 26 Mar 2014
Probably the dullest film involving crime and drug cartels I've ever seen. You have to pay close attention to the events going on. Problem is, with the exception of Cameron Diaz humping a car, there is nothing interesting enough worth paying attention to.
I'd damn near hate this movie if not for the splendid cast, decent performances, a few moments of great violence and smooth camera work.
