Review of The Corpse Vanishes (1942) by Michael S — 21 May 2009
Bela Lugosi is a mad doctor who has a vampiric type of wife (she's also quite annoying and bitchy to him) who needs the blood of young brides to remain young and beautiful. I'm guessing she never heard of botox and plastic surgery.
Not exactly one of Lugosi's better films, but his acting does help keep this from being utter trash.
