Review of The Corporation (2003) by Sylvain F — 01 Feb 2009
A great documentary that looks at the biggest, most violent beast that the world lives with today. There are some shocking moments and it is well put together. However, it does feel way too one sided sometimes and the presence of Michael Moore REALLY hurts the movie.
His huge ego quickly gets in the way. Also, the movie's arguments seem more opinionated than fact-based sometimes. I say sometimes, because in the end, with all the information presented, it is hard not to agree with the whole psychopath conclusion when it comes to certain companies.
An interesting movie that won't make you feel good about our future, especially with the current economic troubles.
