A riff of Journey to the Center of the Earth, except the science kind of makes more sense, as the terranauts travel into the hot molten center of the planet. This is impossible but so is finding a lost world in the center in the Jules Verne story.
They just didn't know. Now they do, so the Earth's core is molten. The silly thing is, it stopped spinning, so they have to restart it. Yeah right.
