Mildly entertaining rubbish which ends with one of those deus ex machina happy endings that make you want to be sick. There's very little to recommend this and if it hadn't been for Macy I would have switched off within 15 minutes.
The coda with the demolitions was done before and much better in Casino which is a film that The Cooler may try to imitate but of course cannot get anywhere near.
