Review of The Contractor (2022) by Ralfbergs — 26 Jun 2022
Very subpar movie. I expected something much better. The story was so simple and at the same time had plot holes. And deciding to go to the given contractor with no questions asked and his good friend also not telling all story even though he has saved his life before, seemed just weird (would've made more sense if Chris Pine's character wants in and the friend wants to tell him to stay out of this, but in the end Chris Pine talks him into it or something).
Action scenes were also quite basic and overall for me this was quite forgettable movie. Doubt I will remember what happened it at all in future. People comment bad things about Bruce Willis movies and similar and yeah sometimes they look more cheap, but plot wise this was basically on that level.
