Awful Snipes action film. Bar the opening hit and following car chase this film goes downhill fast. Charles Dance is in the film for about ten minues and the whole thing rolls along at a tedious pace.
James Dial? Is that really the best name they could come up with for our main hero. *shakes head and walks away*.
