Review of The Constant Gardener (2005) by Ines M — 21 Apr 2011
Rarely do films do justice to the books they are based on. This film has done more than justice to John Le Carre's book. Incredible love story against the back drop of profiteering unethical pharmaceutical companies and conspiracy with corrupt governments.
Incredibly moving story of Ralph Fiennes, the avid gardener, who embarked on a deadly quest to uncover and complete the unfinished work of her murdered wife, the incredibly talented Rachel Weisz, so that he could come home to her on the desolate African lake where she was murdered.
