Review of The Constant Gardener (2005) by Indira B — 12 Apr 2012
The film sets off at a brisk pace but I fear loses its way somewhat towards the end as the plot complicates, and through that, weakens (example, the meeting with Lorbeer). Fiennes must be one of the best actors of his generation, but to have acted in so many dud or semi-dud parts, such as The White Countess and this.
All in all though, a worthwhile outing.
