Despite the fact that the movie is well-acted (Weisz notably gives a great performance), the plot just seems to far-fetched for its own good. Normally this may not be a problem, but The Constant Gardener takes itself so seriously.
.. The ending is great, but it unfortunately comes off as more of a relief that the movie's over.
