Review of The Conspirator (2011) by Frank N — 16 Sep 2011
Great drama with historically accurate scenery and setting. Intended to show us one of the most corrupt incidences of our justice system's history, it definitely tears at the heartstrings in the process.
James McAvoy is flawless in his performance of the passionate young attorney Frederick Aiken. While slow at times, if you're interested in civil war history at all, you should enjoy this film.
