Review of The Conspirator (2011) by Jacob K — 29 Sep 2011
The first hour is headache inducing. Every single scene is trying to top the next one for its grave importance. I realize the movie is about the response to a presidential assassination but seriously, that first hour, everyone's performances are a few degrees away from parody.
Afterwards, it settles down OK but I still had a headache at the end.
