Trial films and James McAvoy are two of my favorite things; put them together and you have a great and suspenseful court drama. McAvoy steals every moment of this film and makes you yearn for more. The biggest fault with this film is Robin Wright's performance.
While you understand the character's position you never really connect with her performance.
