McAvoy is the only reason is the main reason I watched it (I also like history pics). Coming out of it, McAvoy's performance is the only that made it worth my time. The cast was decent, but had the producers been Paramount, 20th Century, etc.
have been able to put in better names (although I did think that Wilkinson was good but not what he usually is) , hence making a better film (most likely). One change that comes to mind is replace Long with Damon.
