Never have been much of a horror film fan, but this is probably one of the best movies I have seen. Normally, I avoid modern day horror movies do to heavy cliches and predictable plots. However, The Conjuring genuinely captured me upon first viewing.
James Wan had nearly perfected the horror genre. Excellent storytelling, intriguing characters, fun dialogue and unique plot. Overall, excellent experience. If you have not seen it yet, but are a fan of scary movies this movie is gold for you.
