Review of The Conjuring (2013) by Bryan M — 28 Jun 2014
James Wan has yet to disappoint me and continues to impress me with The Conjuring. The Conjuring is a great horror film behind a well sorted out story. When watching The Conjuring I couldn't go anymore than 3 minutes without creeping to the edge of my seat waiting for a scare. The scares are just THAT intense. James Wan director of many other horror favourites like Insidious continues to impress me with yet another outstanding cast. In The Conjuring we build relationships with the haunted Perron family and investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren as we meet and get to know them more. This just demonstates how well the script and story was as it really connected with the audience.
THE VERDICT:
Like any other of James Wan's latest horror movies this one is yet another huge success.
Rating: 5/5.
