Review of The Conjuring (2013) by Ben T — 18 Jul 2014
The conjuring is a fantastic horror movie that had me on the edge of my seat throughout. The conjuring is not just one of the best horror movies of last year it's one of the best movies of last year.
It impresses me how there is little gore, or sex, or swearing but the film still got a 15+ rating purely because of how scary it is, without the frequent scary scenes thus would most likely be a 12A. That little doll Annabelle was so creepy and weird.
The acting was mostly good, the scares were great and the finale was fantastic, even there were some bad cgi effects. Overall the conjuring is a great horror film that I would recommend to horror fans, but for the faint hearted I would say skip or you'll probably crap yourself.
