Review of The Conjuring 2 (2016) by Oliver N — 01 Aug 2016
Arguably even more scary than its predecessor, the Conjuring 2 delivers tender emotions and - while sticking profusely to the genre formula, but nonetheless making it seem original - genuine scares that don't feel forced. Director James Wan chose his cast and cameramen to perfection, as it not only looks good, but gives you characters to care about in a rather desolate market. Impressive.
A+.
