My thoughts were what could possibly have happened to the family in The Conjuring for them to make The Conjuring 2. Only to discover it was a new family in a new country. I think you would delve more into this story line if you go online and watch interviews and the history of the Paranormal couple to really accept this movie and all it's elements.

I found myself questioning why the close-nit neighbours didn't come outside and help when they were all locked out their house. I questioned how the demon did not throw Lorraine off too whilst she's struggling to hold her husband whilst he's dangling.

I think the storyline was cliché but it was still interesting to watch. Perhaps Conjuring 3 will give us another creepy look to what and where these gouls and ghosts have taken this couple.
