Review of The Conjuring 2 (2016) by Urbanlistener — 17 Jun 2016
Great sequel to the great first one, really enjoyed that one. James Wan does not disappoints and brings us a truly well crafted horror film, mostly based on atmosphere, suspense, music and camera tricks, while relying on jump scares and scary imagery only when necessary and after the tension has been build up to its culmination point, which allows this sequel to be as good as the first and also scarier, bigger and better than it had any right to be.
