Review of The Conjuring 2 (2016) by Shane W — 23 Sep 2016

It's not everyday that I hand out 5 star ratings to horror movies but fuck does this one ever deserve it. Nothing in this film feels forced, the flow and scare tactics were used brilliantly and while this wasn't a grab your partners arm type thrill seek, it hit the spot that it was supposed to hit and it didn't leave you thinking about cliched jump scares or unoriginal bullshit that you could never picture happening.

I think and hope that we get to see more movies in the future that outline the Warren's lifetime work.
