Review of The Confessions of Robert Crumb (1987) by Michael N — 01 Aug 2012
At first I thought this was another attempt to cash in on "the artist" but as someone in this field, it was good to see what even a great goes through. at the end when he was trying to stay working by updating his style.
was something I can relate to. Many artists quit to sell cars at some point, you got to really want this job, because the rewards are not forthcoming. Spending hours drawing in a tiny house in the middle of nowhere.
That actually would be the best job ever!
