Review of The Condemned (2007) by George C — 12 Apr 2009
For a film that had everything going against it this one turned out halfway decent. I was wary of this one before I sat down to watch it but I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately it succumbed to excess towards the end but that's to be expected.
Stone Cold is serviceable if not great in the main role and Vinnie Jones is good as always. There are a core group of interesting characters to watch and figuring out how they will be dispatched is also kind of fun.
A decent movie to be sure, but nothing more.
