Review of The Condemned (2007) by Josh M — 16 Oct 2009

A very underappreciated film.I don't watch as many action films as I should do cos I like them but tend to stick to my fave horrors and comedies.

I watched this cos of Stone Cold Steve Austin but also cos it appealed.That said,I watched with an unbiased view.The acting wasn't the greatest but the fight scenes were well choreographed and people don't appreciate how hard this was to make and how real it was instead of the green screen stuff.The actors actually got a little hurt in some fight scenes.

I like the moral too because people would watch this it ever happened in real life and it also puts across how sick reality tv is and pushes the boundaries to wonder how far it could ever go.Luckily this is only a movie and just pure entertainment so I dont think the movie itself is.

Good fight scenes,quite dark moments in the film and also quite tense at times.
