Review of The Condemned (2007) by Brendan N — 02 Jul 2009

Surprisingly entertaining movie where Stone Cold Steve Austin actually gets to act! This is nothing more than mindless entertainment, and taken in that context, its a very good action flick that will keep you watching till the end. Subtext plots about how humanity would pay to see something this extreme mirror the whole internet/youtube phenominon very well and theres some great character development (you hate the bad guys and want the good guy to kick their ass!).

All in all, far better than I expected!
