This movie has a hard time figuring out what era or even decade it ought to be set in, as well as how old the story's protagonists and the actors portraying them ought to be. Would have worked much better had it been set in the lat 90s with characters and actors portraying them believable 50-somethings.

What we have instead is 70 and 80 year old portraying characters in their 60s, but 15 years later than it makes sense to be telling a "30 year old" story of anti Vietnam War radicals.
