Started off with a great premise but quickly sunk because it's absolutely implausible. The conspiracy is ridiculous, there's no real dilema for the hero because there's no reasonable way out, nobody's behavior makes sense and you don't have a clear idea of what anyone's thinking.
Also throw in a couple of over the top action scenes that look more out of a disaster epic than a thriller.
