I have no idea who your "expert" reviews are, but this movie was very good. These so called "experts" who review movies for a living must get a bit brain dead from watching too many of the "flickering lights".
. Case in point: Buried 2010 (critically acclaimed) and The Artist 2011 (won a ton of Oscars) were 2 of the WORST movies I have ever seen! I had to walk out on Buried, and insisted on getting my money refunded.
So my theory has become that if a movie gets lousy reviews from the "EXPERTS" I run right out to see it! Haven't been disappointed yet.
